The strategic plan will turn the dream into an ambitious goal. It’s a dream to have every former student in their mid-20’s on a career path and able to afford their own home. We intend to work closely with parents to guide students towards their life after graduation. We want them to be aware of the possibilities for their life so they make informed decisions. We want every student that graduates to know their next step and have the confidence to take it. We are also going to be building our five-year strategic plan. This department intends to make some waves as we continue to find ways to reach our students so we can teach our students. The seasons aren’t the only thing changing, as I am happy to announce that our Curriculum and Instruction Department is now the Office of Learning and Academic Success (OLAS).
